Set up Tickwire in Claude Desktop

officialstreamable_httpofficial

Hosted MetaTrader 4 and 5 MCP — let Claude or ChatGPT read accounts, quotes, positions and history and, if you allow it, place, modify and close orders on any MT4/MT5 broker, with idempotent orders and an audit log. Hosted at api.tickwire.io/mcp (OAuth or agent key).

01Configuration
{ "mcpServers": { "tickwire": { "command": "npx", "args": [ "-y", "mcp-remote", "https://api.tickwire.io/mcp" ] } } }

Remote server. This uses the mcp-remote bridge so Claude Desktop can reach the hosted endpoint. Add it to claude_desktop_config.json.

02Steps
  1. Make sure Claude Desktop is installed and up to date.
  2. Open claude_desktop_config.json and add the block above (merge into any existing mcpServers).
  3. Provide any required API keys/credentials as environment variables.
  4. Restart Claude Desktop and confirm Tickwire’s tools appear.
